Bible Royale ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is a Bible trivia game published by Holden Lane. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Bible Royale, you agree to this policy.
We collect only what is needed to run the game, its features, and its advertising:
We do not collect your phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment-card information.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.
Your profile and gameplay data are stored using Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Google processes this data on our behalf as a service provider. Ads are delivered by Google AdMob, which receives your advertising ID and device information as described above. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy and Firebase's at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
The App's optional "Go Deeper" study notes are fetched from a third-party public Bible API (helloao.org). When you open study notes for a passage, that passage reference and your device's IP address are sent to that service to return the notes.
If you join a leaderboard, league, or group, your chosen username, avatar, and score may be visible to other players. Please choose a username you are comfortable sharing publicly. We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.
Bible Royale is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond a chosen username and in-game progress. Guest mode requires no personal information at all. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information you would like removed, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We keep your profile and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, request deletion, or stop using the App, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and we use industry-standard measures provided by Google Firebase to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Significant changes will be reflected within the App or on this page.
